Since our modest beginnings in 2006, Baldini came to be after having bought a small ice-cream shop, with the vision of building an authentic fine italian restaurant in the heart of Leslieville's first growing neighborhood. Over 20 years of Italian culinary experience, head chef and owner Sal with his team of professional chefs and wait staff, has provided the Leslieville community with a true Italian dining experience befitting of its vibrant atmosphere.
For nearly two decades, Baldini has been serving the finest ingredients and quality of authentic Italian dishes, satisfying customers' cravings of traditional Northern and Southern Italian foods such as home-made pastas, breads and sauces. Baldini ensures that ingredients are fresh from local markets and are prepared only in the finest Italian tradition to ensure the best possible flavor. Baldini has a wide range of full-flavors of herbs and spices, with popular dishes including homemade gnocchi, savory pastas, risotto, whole-wheat thin crust pizza, along with numerous meat and seafood dishes.
